Pennytel is proud to announce that in conjunction with the new Australian ownership group coming onboard to Pennytel, our Customer Support Team will return to Australia!

Initially our Customer Support team will be based in South West Sydney, providing jobs for locals in the area and promoting a growing local economy in the regional areas of Australia. Pennytel plans to further expand their Customer Support Team to include team members based in other regional areas around Australia.

Pennytel recognizes that our customers are passionate about where their service is delivered from. This comes hand in hand with how fast their calls and enquiries are answered. Pennytel’s products provide critical access to communications to many Australian’s including Australian Seniors and people in regional areas that are not often supported by telecommunications companies.
