OUR NEW PORTAL IS COMING SOON!

We’re excited to let you know that on Tuesday 1 April we will be launching our new customer portal. It’s been a long time in the making, but we’re looking forward to making it available to you.


As we swap over from the existing portal to the new one, our current residential and corporate account portal will not be available for use from Friday 31 March. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

If you are looking to make a payment at this time, please call us on 1300 232 888 and select the Pay by Phone option.

If you would like to obtain a data balance on your mobile service, please SMS “Bal” to 179 on your device.

Residential

Manage your Pennytel Mobile and NBN account here. You will be able to view bills and usage, make payments, setup Direct Debit and update account details

Corporate

Manage your business’s Pennytel Corporate Services online.
Click Corporate Account to view your bills and usage and make payments.
Use the SIP Self Care Portal to manage the diversions and voicemails
on your SIP trunk and endpoints
Use Cloud PBX to manage the call flow configuration on your cloud PBX
