What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:
  • Credit Card (Visa, Master Card and Amex)
  • Direct Debit via an Australian Bank
  • BPAY¹
  • Post Billpay (pay in person at any Post Office)¹ ²
  • Centrepay¹

Fees

If you do not provide an email address, you will receive paper bills which cost $2.50 per bill posted to you.

We don’t charge any fees for Credit Card, Direct Debit and BPAY payments.

¹If you have chosen BPAY, Post Billpay or Centrepay as your payment method, you will have to receive your bills by post to ensure that you receive your first bill (a $2.50 charge applies per bill posted to you). Your bill will include the information you need to pay. Please ensure your payment reaches us by your due date. You can change to email bills (which are free) once you receive your first bill.

²For Post Billpay, a transaction fee of $3.50 applies per payment which will show on your next Pennytel bill.

You can change or update your payment method whenever you like.
