Billing and Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit Card (Visa, Master Card and Amex)
- Direct Debit via an Australian Bank
- BPAY
- Post Billpay (pay in person at any Post Office)
- Centrepay
Fees
If you do not provide an email address, you will receive paper bills which cost $2.50 per bill posted to you.
We don’t charge fees for all payment methods.
You can change or update your payment method whenever you like.
