Can I keep my existing number?
Yes. We know your number is important to you so we make it easy to bring it with you when you switch to Pennytel.
Do I get a phone with this plan?
You will not receive a phone when your purchase any of our plans. Keep the phone you love and avoid unnecessary upgrades.
Does Pennytel have contracts?
No. Pennytel plans are month-to-month. You can cancel, downgrade or upgrade from one month to the next.
How long will my SIM delivery take?
All SIM card deliveries may take up to 7 business days in metropolitan areas and a couple of additional business days for more remote areas.
Available for new service orders: 10% off your plan charge for 5 months when you order any Pennytel plan. Valid for orders placed from 3 August to 26 August 2020. SIM card must be activated within 2 months. Limit to 2 customers located at the same address. Excess data and non-standard calls and texts are charged at standard PAYG rates. Offer may be withdrawn at any time.
