We do not accept returns unless you have arranged a return with our Support Team. Please note we will not cover postage costs and the damage or lost of goods in transit.
Please make sure you save any data on your device before you send it to repair. During the process of repair, some or all of your stored data may be lost. Please ensure that you have saved this data elsewhere prior to repair. Goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair the goods.
