What do I do if Pre-port verification does not work?

If you are unable to complete the Pre-port verification process, please get in touch with our friendly Support Team on 1300 232 888 for further assistance.

Please ensure that you have your mobile number with you as our team may need to verify you through an alternate way, call or SMS. It is important that we are able to verify the ownership of your number before transferring to Pennytel.

We are available Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm and Saturday to Sunday 9am to 7pm AET.
