Switching to Pennytel

What information do I need when switching my mobile service to Pennytel?

When you first join Pennytel we ask for some basic information to help us verify your identity and set up your new service. This includes:


• Personal information such as name and date of birth
• Address for shipping and billing
• Australian banking/credit card details if you choose to pay this way


If you want to bring your number when you switch, you might need to provide your account number with your current provider to enable us to complete the transfer of your number. You can find this number by checking one of your recent mobile phone bills.
