How does Pre-port verification work?

When you submit your SIM activation request for your existing number to be transferred to Pennytel, you will receive a 6-digit code sent to your mobile phone via SMS. You need to enter this code in the Pre-port verification window as soon as you receive it to ensure you are the owner of the mobile service number. If you encounter any technical difficulties, please contact our friendly Support Team on 1300 232 888. We're available Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm and Saturday to Sunday 9am to 7pm AET.
