Can Nokia 3.2 and 4.2 support Multimedia Messaging Service-MMS?
Yes. If you have issues with sending or receiving MMS, you can:
- Go to “Settings”
- Choose “Network & Internet”
- Choose “Mobile Network”
- Choose “Advanced”
- Choose “Access Point Names”
- Press the Button with 3 dots at the top right of the screen
- Press “Reset to Default”
You will then see “Telstra MMS” being listed as one of the services available, this should set your phone back to service for MMS, if you still experience any issues, please contact Pennytel Support team on 1300 232 888.
