Can I have multiple services on one account?

Yes. Many customers choose to have multiple family members billed under a single account. To add additional services, select the ‘existing account’ option when signing-up online. You can also sign up by phone, and ask the Pennytel representative to add the new service to your existing account.

When you add additional service to an existing account, we will automatically align the billing cycle date for your new service to your existing billing cycle so that you only receive one bill from us each month. This means that a one-off pro rata charge when apply to the new service and then normal billing will commence on your next billing cycle date.
