How do I choose/change my payment method?

When you first sign-up you will be prompted to choose your preferred payment method. You can change this payment method from month-to-month:

  1. Login to your Pennytel Account
  2. Select the ‘Billing and Payments’ tab
  3. Navigate to ‘Current Payment Method’ and select ‘Change’
  4. Choose your preferred payment method
  5. Select ‘save’ to confirm your changes
